To benefit from the refund on your stay, you must make an application by filling in the form exclusively available HERE and attaching all documentation requested. This financial benefit application should be submitted at the latest within one month of the end of the stay.
The benefit will be paid, in view of the application which should imperatively include the following documents:
invoice(s) for the accommodation in the name of the applicant and specifying the dates and amount of the stay / or booking/rental contract(s) in the name of the applicant and specifying the dates and duration of the stay,
Any incomplete application will not be accepted.
The benefit will be attributed to the beneficiary for all stays of a minimum of two consecutive nights, in the form of a grant of 50% of eligible expenses. The amount of the benefit will be capped at €100.
To benefit from the département local authority benefit, the applicant must fulfil and show proof of the two following conditions:
▶ a minimum of two consecutive nights spent at an Ardennes accommodation provider (hotel, campsite, gîte, guesthouse, group accommodation or unusual accommodation), and imperatively at least:
▶ a catering service in an Ardennes establishment and/or a paid-for tourist activity, in the Ardennes (cultural and leisure).
Please be aware, this benefit application should be submitted at the latest within one month of the end of the stay.
E.g.: For a stay ending on 15 July (date of the accommodation bill) the application must be submitted at the latest by midnight on 15 August.
French or foreign tourists, excluding associations, that have stayed in the Ardennes between 31 March and 31 December 2021. Professional stays are excluded from this programme. Ardennes residents are eligible for the programme in the same conditions.

The refund will be made at a later date after our services have processed applications within a maximum of 60 days from the date your file was registered and provided it is approved (complete and acceptable).

Yes, however the tourist provider must be able to detail the cost of each of the services on the bill. They can also provide two separate bills (accommodation and catering).

Yes, you need to provide an accommodation bill (in the name of the beneficiary), for a minimum of two consecutive nights at an Ardennes accommodation provider (hotel, campsite, gîte, rental, group accommodation, guesthouse and unusual accommodation). It is possible to show proof of staying at different accommodation during the same stay.
E.g.: Two people following the Green Track bike path (Voie Verte) can spend one night sleeping in a campsite and the following night(s) in other accommodation (campsite, hotel, etc.)
Beware, the succession of consecutive nights will make up a single stay.
E.g.: a 4-night stay will be one stay and not 2 separate stays of 2 nights.
All cultural activities, leisure (museum entry, bike hire, paddleboarding, etc., aerial high rope course entry, bungee jumping, etc., guided tours) are included in the offer. You just have to provide proof of the expenditure with receipt or bill.
Yes, however the number of stays reimbursed during the year is limited to three per household.
